Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the users (hereinafter referred to as "Members") and the company, Gamper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), regarding the use of the Talket service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows. For terms not defined herein, interpretations shall be based on relevant laws, guidelines, these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and customary practices.

  1. "Service" refers to the Talket service and related auxiliary services provided by the Company in PC and/or mobile environments.
  2. "Product" refers to goods (tickets, vouchers, memberships, physical goods, etc.) or services registered on the "Service" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the "Service" provided by the "Company," enters into a usage agreement with the "Company" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and utilizes the "Service."
  4. "Buyer" or "Buying Member" refers to a "Member" who purchases or intends to purchase a "Product" using the Service.
  5. "Seller" or "Selling Member" refers to a "Member" who registers a "Product" on the "Service" for sale or provision, and includes businesses or "Members" who have entered into a separate agreement with the "Company" or a PG (Payment Gateway) provider.
  6. "Store" refers to the online platform, such as a website or app, where "Sellers" or "Selling Members" can sell products, including the necessary servers and databases for its implementation.
  7. "Account" refers to the account created for identification within the Service and granted to a "Member" who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and entered into a usage agreement with the "Company."
  8. "Nickname" refers to the unique name (a combination of letters and numbers) determined by a "Member" for using the Service, as collected by the "Company" upon agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  9. "Fee" refers to the cost charged to "Members" by the "Company" according to the standards set by the "Company" for the use of the Service.
  10. "Discount Coupon" refers to a coupon that provides a discount of a specified amount or percentage when using a "Talket Partner Store" or entitles the holder to receive specified goods or services. The specific policies regarding issuance, usage, and expiration of "Discount Coupons" will be separately notified via service announcements or linked pages.
  11. "Affiliate Business" refers to a company that has entered into a separate agreement with the "Company" to provide key functionalities of the "Service" (including, but not limited to, login functions and product purchase linkage).

Article 3 (Posting, Effectiveness, and Amendments to the Terms and Conditions)

  1. The "Company" shall post these Terms and Conditions in the service notice section or via linked pages so that "Members" can easily access them.
